• Rejuvenated the children's line with innovative product, contributing to the children's business's double-digit growth, with targeted 50% margin goals.

• Led the design direction and execution of Saucony Children’s product, from Fall 2010 to Spring 2015, including the highest selling program across the entire children’s group brands.
• Innovated lighted products, including the brand’s best-selling product in the category.
• Integrated the Merrell Kids line into the children’s group design team leading to better fit, reduced components costs and weight, leading to increased sales and margin.
