Hello there. I just moved back to Austin from Houston. I am both a culinary school graduate from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and a Level 1 Cicerone with plans to further my education. I have 7+ years in the hospitality industry, including beer tending, serving, and working in the kitchen. I also have a strong passion for beer and brewing, where I have 2 years of at home brewing. I am a passionate and hard working individual who brings a positive attitude to the work environment.
My previous place of employment was at a restaurant called Baso, a restaurant that is currently on the Michelin guide and on its way to earning it's first Michelin Star. I only lived in Houston for 9 months while my fiance was in college, so that's how long I was there for.
I am a graduate of Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and a Level 1 Cicerone with plans to further my education.
