Discovery, through post go live support and optimization, working closely with team of Senior Functional Consultants on multiple concurrent projects
● Managed projects of all types for more than 100 customers including NS
Discovery, Implementation, Integrations (Farapp, Celigo, Jitterbit), SuiteScript,
SuiteFlow, SCA/SC/Sitebuilder, 3rd Party Applications (Avalara, UPS, Fedex,
Payment tools, Bill.com, etc)
● Built and managed Optimization program offering and team of consultants to provide customer post go live support and optimization of NetSuite.
● Worked closely with Account Management team to assist in NetSuite contract renewals, upsells, license purchases, and planning to maximize customer use of
NetSuite, coordination with NetSuite account management team
● Built and managed Technical Services team of full time developers and contractors, project managed technical project requirements scoping,
documentation, estimation, development, UAT and customer handoff process
● Manage internal company IT systems and operations supporting 90+ users as
NetSuite System Administrator, in addition to Hubspot, LastPass, SmartSheet,
Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc
