I'm Isabel Leveque, LMHC, a passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 4 years of experience working with adults and adolescents with a variety of mental health concerns from diverse backgrounds. My training pre-licensure was predominantly in college counseling, crisis counseling, and eating disorder treatment. I wholeheartedly believe and practice seeing people in their whole context as whole people.
I am working to educate my clients and the wider public about the intrinsic connection between mental health and well-being, leading with empathy, and taking care of ourselves so we can take care of others.
My approach integrates evidence-based theories and practices to support individuals using cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience informed cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I meet clients where they are to work on their identified goals while maintaining their privacy and safety.
