Isabella Teuffer

My name is Isabella Teuffer Mendoza and I am a senior at the University of North Texas majoring in Public Health. I graduated from Cedar Hill Collegiate High School in 2022 as an early college student with 61 credits from Dallas College. Not only did I graduate high school with my diploma, but I also obtained my Associate's Degree in Arts, making me a junior at UNT.

I was born in Mexico and moved to the United States when I was nine years old. Now that I am in university, I plan to attend the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences after obtaining my Bachelor's Degree to get a Master's in Public Health Management.

I enjoy working with others, as I can communicate effectively with people during group projects or events. I can cope easily, something which I think is essential when working in an environment that requires a lot of change. Working under pressure is something I have been doing for a long time, and I also like being open to new ideas/opportunities. I have experience in retail as I previously worked at Ross Dress for Less as a sales associate.

I worked as a retail associate at Ross Dress for Less from July 2022 to August 2022 in Cedar Hill, TX. I had to leave the company due to university starting in late August. I Helped customers by answering questions and assisted in daily store operations from the warehouse section to the floor by unpacking items and placing them in their designated places.

I am a full-time college student at the University of North Texas. I am majoring in Public Health and I'm expected to graduate in May 2024 with my Bachelor's Degree. I graduated high school from Cedar Hill Collegiate High School in May 2022, while also graduating with an Associate of Arts from Dallas College with 61 credits.
