For the past 10 years, I’ve helped sales, marketing and customer success teams at high growth startups use their data, software, people and processes to make life better for their customers and employees. With my sales experience and a math degree, I started out as the solo Sales Ops Manager/Salesforce admin at a small startup in NYC. Over the next 6 years I was able to participate in its tremendous growth while building sophisticated solutions and leading an agile team of professionals. For the past two years, I’ve shifted even more to the technical side of things on the prod-eng side, at Acitvator.ai where I was the Salesforce Lead.
My goals are always the same: To help people enjoy their jobs more, and to make it easier for customers to buy our product. Whether it’s by implementing AI, helping with strategic planning, providing technical support or generating insights from data, the best part of my job is making people happy. To that end, as AI agents and other tools become generally available, I will continue to learn and apply those solutions that will help my company to be successful.
In my spare time, I’m either talking about J.R.R. Tolkien, Dune or The Mets. I also love running down random streets in New York so if you’re in Manhattan, there’s a chance I’ll accidentally run into you while changing my podcast.
Experience building complex technical solutions for GTM teams at Justworks as they scaled from 3M to over 100M ARR. Worked as a Director at Electric shortly during Covid and have spent the last 2 years as a Salesforce Lead on a Prod-Eng team designing.
I have a Bachelors in Math and a Bachelors in English Literature.
