I am a dedicated Human Resources and Healthcare Administration professional with a strong background in organizational management, workforce development, and compliance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and experience in employee relations, training, and leadership, I bring a unique perspective to HR by integrating behavioral insights with strategic decision-making.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA), I am passionate about optimizing HR functions within healthcare settings, ensuring equitable policies, and fostering a supportive work environment. I have held leadership roles, including serving as Interim General Manager at McDonald's since 2020, where I manage daily operations and lead a team. In September 2024, I took on the role of HR Intern at Crossroads, overseeing operations and personnel. I also gained experience as a Research Assistant, focusing on HIPAA policies and law. Throughout college, I worked full-time to support my family while ensuring smooth operations and team success. My experience spans team leadership, operations management, and research in healthcare and administrative settings.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology with minors in Forensic and Criminal Justice at Siena College. My studies focus on human behavior and criminal justice processes. I am also applying to a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) program to further my career in healthcare leadership, policy, and administration, aiming to integrate my passion for psychology with practical healthcare solutions.
