I’m Jada Taylor, a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in public relations, business analysis, and customer engagement. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Virginia Tech, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science in General Studies. My experience spans business analysis at CGI Federal, event coordination, hospitality sales, and retail merchandising—all of which have sharpened my skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

Jada Taylor has a diverse background in hospitality, business analysis, and customer service. Currently a Business Analyst at CGI Federal, she supports end-users, manages system changes, and creates training documentation to improve processes and performance. Previously, she served as a Sales Coordinator Intern at Newport Hospitality, where she contributed to event planning, group bookings, and sales strategy development.

Her early experience includes working as a Produce/Floral Associate at Food City, where she honed her customer service and merchandising skills.

Across all roles, Jada has consistently demonstrated strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities, with a proven knack for enhancing both client satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Jada Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Virginia Tech in May 2023. During her time there, she consistently excelled academically—earning Dean’s List honors every semester—and graduated with a 3.69 GPA. Her studies emphasized strategic communication, media relations, and event planning, equipping her with the skills to thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
