PMP with over decade of experience delivering complex projects from inception to completion within Infrastructure domain( Networks, Cloud, Security)
· 11+ years of experience leading successful delivery of complex Infrastructure Projects Data Centre environments for retail, banking and consulting firms.
· Managed numerous projects from initiation to closing with budgets ranging from $50K to $5M. Expert in agile and waterfall methodologies. Known ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. Directly supervised a team of 10+ system engineers and technicians for multiple projects. Project experience in controlling analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
· 8+ years of experience in gathering requirements and assist scrum teams to align epics and stories.
· Expert in Power BI Desktop for developing and optimizing reports and dashboards by analyzing data from SCCM, CMDB, ServiceNow and MS Excel.
· In depth knowledge and hands on experience in implementations of Windows (Active Directory), , AWS Security, MS Azure, Linux, VMware, Network deployments (WAN, LAN), firewalls, structured cabling etc.
· Extensive change management, documentation, and training experience. Managed cross-stakeholder interdependencies and communicated risks, issues and impacts through weekly/ monthly reports and project review meetings (PRMs).
· Tools used: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Planview, Sharepoint.
