With over two decades of experience in Project Management, I have successfully planned, developed, and delivered 460+ cross-functional projects worth $534M+ with under-budget results across diverse industries. I'm passionate about Project Management and love learning new ways to improve my skills.

My expertise spans Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Throughout my career, I've managed software development lifecycles (SDLC), infrastructure deliveries, and projects within both B2B and B2C environments. I have extensive experience in project roadmap development, project kick-off meetings, resource allocation, Vendor and 3rd party management, funding/budget, communication planning, reporting, client engagement and collaboration, risks and issues management, and change management planning.

A strong communicator, writer, and presenter. I am skilled in facilitating process walk-throughs to align KPIs and identifying gives/gets, interdependencies, and gaps. I work closely with product areas to ensure project milestones are met.

I am vigilant about monitoring project statuses and raising red flags as necessary while focusing on providing quality and value by adding gate reviews per iteration. I am committed to adhering to PMI standard methodologies, and my workflow focuses on Commodity Development, Client/Marketing Analytics, Fiscal Product Forecasting, Operational and Strategic Analytics, and Team Leadership to create and support customer satisfaction.

I have taken many project management courses at accredited PMI industries. I'm a PMI member, and I am currently studying to take the PMP exam. I have submitted my application to PMI, and it was approved.
