Further, a key aspect of school management and leadership is to employ, retain, develop, support, and inspire an excellent staff of dynamic educators, empowering each individual employee and student to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world. I further plan to foster efficient and sustainable management of resources, revenue, and infrastructure in order to expand and improve the school, while effectively communicating the strategic plan, which evolves from a collaboratively produced mission and vision.
Additionally, I will focus my efforts on the use of best practices in leadership, instruction, learning, and management including maximizing any potential partnerships to benefit the school community. Further, I will uphold visible and active participation in school and community activities.
