I started my serious career a year ago having taken care of family during, and after college and graduate school. That time also allowed a flexible schedule I experienced travel to several countries, studied languages, sewing, voice, and any activity with friends to balance my other responsibilities. Since moving to Arizona from Chicago a year ago, I spend as much time as I can hiking the beautiful trails and mountains here.
I work in operations leadership, with a passion for optimizing processes, and coaching and building up the people performing on my teams. Having an educational background that included research and design methods, I and equipped to organize and manage data, track and analyze KPI’s, to solve problems. I am a dual citizen of the United States and Poland permitting work authorization in EU countries.
During 2021 I completed and AA in Paralegal Studies. However, my highest level of education is an MA in International Relations.
