I have over a decade of experience in administrative, customer service, and managerial roles across a range of industries including healthcare, real estate, automotive, and finance. I've served as an Office Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, and more recently as a Dispatcher and Receptionist. In these roles, I’ve developed a strong skill set in office coordination, staff supervision, customer relations, and compliance management.
My background also includes hands-on experience with scheduling, payment processing, insurance coordination, and HR responsibilities. I take pride in my ability to adapt quickly, solve problems efficiently, and support both team operations and customer satisfaction.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Science Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2012. This degree provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the justice system, public policy, and the organizational skills needed to manage technical or science-based operations. It also helped me develop leadership, planning, and administrative strategies that I continue to apply in my professional roles today—particularly in areas like compliance, documentation, and team coordination.
