• Collaborated on processes that set new standards for agent training as measured through the penetration of premium products and sport packages in OJT.
• Coached and developed multiple agents into leaders.
• Selected as the group expert to individualize coaching and training, that would meet individual agent needs, and meet business standards.
• Rebuilt the Work Force Management team at EDS, while transitioning from IEX to Blue Pumpkin, establishing a culture of service.

• Selected to lead a team of tenured agents through a culture shift in OOP during CIMS implementation-learned another aspect of the business and lead.
• Awarded the “Customer Care Spotlight Award” for “Build Talent” in 2012. Selected for the Service of Excellence award twice, and Elite Quarter Performance award twice.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to re-write our Customer Loyalty Interview Guide, outline HITL role for other sites, and pilot new processes to decrease Street to Seat time for applicants.
