I am an IT Operations Analyst at TD Bank with a passion for technology and music. I am currently based in Columbia, SC and I am looking to relocate for a new role. My name is Jasmine Benjamin, and I am an IT business analyst with a strong background in troubleshooting, customer support, and team collaboration. Currently, I work at TD Bank Global Technology Service Desk, where I support users with a range of technical issues, including account unlocks, password resets, and both hardware and software problems. I utilize ServiceNow to track tickets and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
In my role, I have gained valuable experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and utilizing the Windows operating system. I’ve also trained new team members, helping them to navigate our internal knowledge base and understand efficient ticketing procedures. Through this experience, I have developed a strong foundation in technical support while refining my ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
In addition to my technical expertise, I have hands-on experience in research and customer service from two internships where I was responsible for investigating specific topics and presenting my findings. I believe my combination of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and customer service experience makes me a great fit for an IT role focused on troubleshooting, user support, and training.
