My name is Jason and my passion is in Technology and Customer Success. Given my past work experience with Bonterra, Ooni, LiveSpins, and Twitch, I can proudly say that I'm quite proficient in both Chat Support and Chat Moderation as a Customer Service medium. I'm quickly able to adjust to any work environment and learn tasks fairly quickly; I’m able to make my own judgement calls as well while adhering to the protocols given by management.
