I've been in customer service for about 24 years and I was a lead of the QA/BA department for a call center for of those years. I've also been a receptionist that I homeless shelter which my duties included answering the phone taking messages sending emails and documenting what kind of donation were donated as well as by who. I'm a quick learner with the ability adapt to change and agility to improve at any moment.

I went to Haskell Indian Nations University from 2000 to 2003 to get my associates degree in liberal arts. At the current moment I'm attending strayer University to get my business administration degree with an emphasis or concentration in accounting and hopefully graduate with my bachelor's degree in winter 2005.
