Jenni Poffenberger

Hi, I’m Jenni, a recently returned Ft Wayne resident. I worked in Chicago for 10 years while gaining experience as a construction project manager. I’ve led residential and commercial renovations from concept to final walk-through.

Along the way, I earned my Certificate in Interior Design, allowing me to merge technical execution with creative vision. My passion for transforming spaces began at home—literally—where I personally DIY'd two full gut renovations of my own properties. These hands-on projects deepened my understanding of every stage of a renovation, from demolition to final styling.

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

• Directed full-cycle management of residential remodel projects ranging from $500K to $3M, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate trades & vendors for specific projects, followed by bid walkthroughs to create budget.
• Lead weekly staff meetings to collaborate, delegate, & execute on projects between PM & design team.
• Oversaw project coordinators as they maintained the logistics of invoicing, ordering, & deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the design firm, clients, architects, and contractors.
