At Knot Just Decks, my day is focused on guiding homeowners from their initial idea to a finished outdoor or concrete improvement they love. I manage client relationships, project planning, and sales coordination while ensuring every project aligns with our quality standards and local building requirements.

My daily responsibilities include meeting with homeowners to discuss their vision for decks, porches, railings, pergolas, and concrete coating systems. I perform on-site consultations, take detailed measurements, review existing structures, and explain material options such as Trex decking, aluminum railings, and Penntek concrete coatings.

I prepare detailed proposals and estimates, review design layouts, and help customers understand timelines, pricing, and installation processes. I also coordinate with project managers, installers, inspectors, and office staff to ensure projects move smoothly from contract to completion.

Throughout the day, I handle scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communication, answering questions and addressing concerns to keep clients informed and confident in their investment. I also assist with inspections, code compliance, and documentation to ensure every project meets safety and structural standards.

Overall, my role at Knot Just Decks is to be the main point of contact for our customers—combining sales, design guidance, and project coordination to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
