• Manage maintenance employees schedule throughout the day, to accommodate if emergencies come up, and reschedule the occupied maintenance jobs.
• Schedule vendor bids to perform work as needed.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all administrative and maintenance staff to ensure excellent internal customer service, teamwork, and accountability.
