I'm Jennifer and I'm looking to help build out recruiting infrastructure and attracting brilliant talent for my next company.
Outside of work hours, I enjoy video games and watching badly reviewed tv shows.
Years of experience, helping smaller companies from stealthmode to Seed D build out their engineering teams. With earlier stage startups, I've worn multiple hats and helped them with finding the most cost efficent recruiting tools for them, while helping with all sorts of roles such as: tech writer, BD, eng leads, camera roles, and data infra roles)
I received my BS in business management and econ from UCSC back in '18.
