I’ve have worked with the company Guess Factory for three years now . While working with them, I’ve learned how to run a business and how to maintain a stockroom. For my first year at the company, I worked as a sale associate.

Due to my hard work and dedication, I was able to enter a future leader program. After I completed the program, I was promoted to assistant store manager. Being promoted has opened my mindset on how to run a business.

When I was promoted, I was given a department. My department was handbags and I was in charge for the floorset.
