My passion and desires for the future are to reach people's heart through a process, that can make them feel supported and cared, mainly looking forward to internships to proceed in getting the experience that could improve my skills in the medical/ health field. The care of the people is the passion that motivates my routines and my desire to help more. My goal is to achieve the knowledge of rehabilitation, to help, support and advocate for those who needed it.
As a recent graduate student, my experience in the health profession as a CNA, restorative aide, and Rehabilitation Professional Counselor intern has provided me with a strong foundation in healthcare knowledge and skills. I am comfortable with the role of a case manager and possess excellent communication skills, allowing me to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships. Additionally, I am adept at critical thinking and analytical problem-solving, which enables me to assess client needs accurately and develop appropriate care plans.
As well, I have a deep understanding of the social work process and am well-versed in the standards of care outlined.
Duties as Rehabilitation Professional Counselor-Intern are the following:
I have a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Services, which has equipped me with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of rehabilitation counseling. Moreover, I have completed a comprehensive internship in Rehabilitation Professional Counseling, where I gained hands-on experience in conducting assessments, providing individualized support and counseling, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. I am familiar with various research methods and have a strong understanding of the competencies and job functions important to rehabilitation counseling.
