I have 31 years experience and have been a Chef/Sous Chef for 20 years. I have develop-ed kitchens and Menu. My last position as Executive Chef at Ricks Cafe Boatyard i helped create a 4 million dollar growth in 4 years. Also made Top 100 most profitable restaurants in the country in 2024.
All my education in Culinary has been on hand training over my 31 year career
