I’m an HR professional with over 9 years of experience, specializing in building and managing HR systems for start-ups and scale-ups. I’ve worked with companies in Canada, the US, and across APAC regions like Australia, Singapore, and China—all while working remotely from the Philippines. My expertise spans recruitment, employee relations, and creating HR structures that scale teams efficiently, whether it’s growing from a handful of people to hundreds or optimizing systems for long-term success.

I’ve scaled companies from dozens to hundreds of employees, developed efficient cost-saving measures, and cultivated team growth through leadership and support. I have a solid educational background and training that support my work in HR and project management. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Far Eastern University - Manila, which gave me a strong understanding of people and workplace dynamics.

I also completed a Strategic Human Resource Management Certificate Course at the University of the Philippines - Diliman, where I achieved a final grade of 96%. In addition, I’m certified in Google’s Foundations of Project Management and have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, showing my skills in improving processes and creating efficient systems. These experiences have helped me design practical HR strategies that deliver real results.
