I had one dream, when I grew up I would be a Hairdresser. It was my hearts desire, so that’s what I did! For 17 years I have been living my dream. As much as being a hair stylist will always be what I love, I found myself in recovery to live an alcohol free life.

A brand new dream began, a fire inside for this new beautiful life led me to become certified as a recovery coach!

Long story short, alcohol made me sick and I started to rely on it. I became physically sick and have a long road ahead of me to treat and heal my liver. I want to advocate for people and bring awareness that alcohol has no sympathy. Alcohol doesn’t care how old you are. Alcohol doesn’t care or warn you that you are poisoning your body, mind and health.

I want to help others see what I didn’t see before it’s too late.
