He executes all that he does with a precision that exemplifies the focus of the best of our trade. I have had the pleasure of knowing him for a little over 5 years.
In that time I have witnessed immense growth. J. Manuel has grown by navigating many trials of life and business. He has transitioned from dinner theatres industry, into healthcare nutrition services, sports bars & Restaurants, entertainment Venues and cater sector.
J. has continually grown and succeeded in each of these venues and has brought a love for his craft, business and guests. J. will not soon be forgotten by every employer, coworker, employee, customer and guest that he has come into contact with. His passion is barely containable.
