John Harrington

I started my career 32 years ago in Civil Construction, operating heavy machinery, job site grading, overseeing safety procedures, and ensuring safe dig practices were being followed. I continued this journey for approximately 17 years, until another opportunity and passion was presented to me. For the next 14 years in my career, I was overcame some of the most challenging aspects of managing people and processes as a pastor of various churches.

I returned to the Construction Manager role in 2019 until now working with such a great team and learning so many new things from various computer applications, NMS cut in processes, maps and record updates, material process, safety observations, and PPE requirements.

I hold multiple certification from Baltimore Gas & Electric.
