Working as a Microbiologist Laboratory Technician at Henkel Consumer Brands (June 2021-Present) I have the following skills and experiences:

• Executes advanced and basic microbiological techniques, such as Preservative Effectiveness, Microbial Challenge testing, and Time Kill Kinetic studies on lab, pilot, and factory scale sample submissions.
• Completes required raw material testing and method validation for new ingredients and/or significantly changed ingredients going into products, assesses microbial risk, and troubleshoots issues that arise. 
• Prepares and maintains the inventory of cell culture lines, laboratory reagents, and testing media. 
• Consults and collaborates with Analytical and Clinical R&D projects.
• Communicates issues effectively with project submissions and test results. Analyzes product performance using statistical methods and reports out results in conformance with company policies. 
• Follows GLP, GMP, and US Pharmacopeia guidelines, including adhering to SOPs, instrument maintenance and calibration, and document control in the internal company software system.
