Over more than 15 years, I have experience in various jobs in restaurants of various types, luxury hotels in Spain, I have worked in Italian restaurants in Mexico, and I am the owner of a small pizzeria and cafe.
I studied at the Higher School of Hospitality in Seville with an internship at one of the best hotels in Barcelona, Spain, learning the techniques and different methods of preparation and cooking of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
