I’m a kitchen manager with a culinary arts degree. I work on the line And ordering/take inventory daily I also do prep, dish, and other manager duties. Making sure restock is being done help with all prep, marking sure kitchen is clean and tidy for each shift.
when there is a cantering gig for the restaurant I am in charge of making a team including myself to get it done efficiently and effectively.
I’ve worked at block table and tap since 2017. 2020 I graduated at epcc with a culinary arts degree. I worked threw Covid full time with no benefits before, during, or after I’ve done catering multiple times. I’m also trained in hospitality, and restaurant management.
I did a 2 year degree at the El Paso community college. I graduated while still at the same job and used that to make myself a higher position with more responsibilities and less time off.
