Provider of trauma informed gender based healthcare for over two decades. My strong clinical skills are enhanced by my natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. I bring a strong element of compassion and sensitivity to the care that I provide. My clinical skills include high and low risk obstetrics, electronic fetal monitoring, simple and complex gynecology and ambulatory procedures (IUD, nexplanon, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, vulvar biopsy and microscopy).

• Full spectrum ambulatory OB and GYN practice including in office procedures (colposcopy, IUD, nexplanon, endometrial biopsy, vulvar biopsy, condyloma treatment and I&D). 
• Developed an APP orientation/onboarding program.
• Primary educator and mentor for APP’s within department.
• Provided ongoing professional evaluation and assessment for APP’s
• Work closely with department leadership and department chief on quality and practice improvement initiatives.
