For 9.5 years of my banking days my roles were to generate leads, conduct credit appraisals, present loan proposals for approval, prepare disbursement documents, monitor customer loan and account performance and initiate recovery of loans in default. in this process accumulative portifolio of USD 3M was generated, disbursed and recovered. personally handled about 900 individual and non-individual customers. all the while always closing with a non-performing rate of less than 5%.
