Justin Willoughby

Working in or around the DOW Chemical Plants for 9+ years. During my adult life I have learned the Dow Safety work standards both in the field and in the office environment. My last employer was ICS and I worked as a Field Engineer/Project Controls Specialist maintaining the project duties of cost, change management, job package reviewing, material and subcontractor management & billings/invoices.

My main task was to keep all projects on track financially, per the project schedule & within the project budget on both ends. Kept in touch with the project owner reps and clients to keep a good line of communication between the owner and the contractor to keep everyone involved in the loop with all data.

• Advanced knowledge with anything Microsoft, Sap or Primavera based software, with the ability to learn in these programs very quickly.
