I am a dedicated and detail-oriented IT professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of South Florida. Passionate about technical support, cybersecurity, and system troubleshooting, I have hands-on experience with networking, cloud computing (AWS), database management (MySQL, SQLite), and software development.

With a strong foundation in Python, Java, C, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), I enjoy solving complex problems and optimizing system performance.
