My career is built on creating innovative solutions—from designing nuclear reactor components and aerospace seating assemblies to leading a team to build a competitive off-road vehicle from scratch. I thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging tools like SolidWorks (CSWP), CATIA V6, and FEA to develop products that meet stringent performance and manufacturing goals. My entrepreneurial streak—launching a successful protein bar startup in college—fuels my approach to product development, blending creativity with technical precision.

As a Design/Project Engineer, I bring extensive experience in mechanical design and product development across industrial, aerospace, and automotive sectors. At IMI Critical Engineering, I design high-performance valves, leveraging finite element analysis (FEA) and flow simulations with SolidWorks and Ansys to optimize functionality and meet rigorous industry standards. This role enhances my technical precision and problem-solving skills in complex systems.

At Boeing Encore Interiors, I spearheaded the full lifecycle design of a large-scale aerospace seating monument, managing prototype manufacturing from concept to client delivery. I developed strong leadership and project management abilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, while applying tolerance analysis and GD&T to ensure production accuracy.

At Motivo Engineering, I excelled in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, designing a wind tunnel test system for Porsche from concept to validation. This sharpened my adaptability, kinematic analysis, and rapid prototyping skills, delivering cutting-edge solutions under tight deadlines.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, specializing in Design of Mechanical Systems. My education emphasized mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis, laying a strong foundation for engineering innovation. As Suspension & Steering Lead for BAJA SAE, I led the design of a competitive off-road vehicle, managing a 1,000+ part CAD library in SolidWorks and performing FEA to optimize durability.

This hands-on role, culminating in the Dean’s Award, honed my skills in mechanical design and product development, bridging classroom theory with real-world application.
