Hi! My name is Kaylie Collins, and I’ve been the Women’s Lead Visual Merchandiser for Nordstrom for the past 4 years. I started at the Cincinnati store in 2022, but soon transferred to the Chicago Flagship store.
Through my inspirational styling and impactful merchandising, I have been able to aid in several increases for Nordstrom’s business. For example, I aided in a 116.7% increase from LY during Nordstrom's 2025 Designer Showcase. I am extremely passionate about what I do, and I am at a point in my career where I feel incredibly confident in my abilities and experience.
