Khushwinder Sidhu

As a Regional Manager at Coles Group, I excelled in driving operational excellence and fostering a customer-focused culture. My academic foundation from Monash University in Business Administration and Management has been vital in formulating business plans that achieve sustained improvements and meet commercial targets.

My commitment to inclusivity is reflected through my leadership, where I developed a high-performing team of over 100 members. By instilling a sense of achievement and support, we've created an environment where diversity is celebrated, and every team member's potential is maximized, propelling our store standards and safety to new heights.
