I’m originally from South Africa and now based in South Florida, where I’ve spent the last several years working on a range of luxury residential new‑construction projects. I enjoy the collaborative side of development and construction: keeping people aligned, solving problems together, and watching an idea turn into something real. I tend to approach work with curiosity and calm, and I appreciate environments where every day looks a little different.

I’ve spent the past several years working in real estate development and construction in South Florida, primarily on luxury new‑build projects including duplexes and multifamily communities. My work has centered around keeping projects organized and moving forward efficiently — coordinating between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, helping manage documentation and timelines, and supporting both pre-construction and construction‑phase activities. I’m comfortable working in fast‑moving environments, staying on top of details, and keeping communication clear across different teams and disciplines.

I completed my MBA in Marketing at Nova Southeastern University, which strengthened my skills in project planning, communication, and organizational strategy — all of which support the way I work in development and construction today. Before moving to the U.S., I studied Sociology in South Africa, earning both my Master’s and Honours degrees at Stellenbosch University. It’s an unexpected path into this industry, but it gave me a strong foundation in critical thinking, research, and understanding people — skills that translate surprisingly well into coordinating teams, managing clients, and keeping complex projects moving smoothly.
