I began my adult life studying Social Work and Psychology. I have worked in client relations roles and am a public servant at heart. I am an excellent communicator and have an aptitude for determining the needs of people. I aim to create a space where people feel safe to communicate there needs.

As the Director of Client Relations I was able to maintain contact with clients of an insurance agency to judge that their needs were being met by their provider in cooperation with their insurer. I made my clients comfortable enough to call me when they were having trouble with the administrative obstacles to care. I conducted audits of agents to judge the lawfulness of the practice in accordance with CMS guidelines.

I worked with agents to adjust their approach in a respectful and professional manor and maintained good relationship with my agents. I improved the client retention and, in turn, agent relationships with their clients.
