Hi, I’m Lashaunda. I am passionate about supporting young children’s growth and development. I look forward to creating positive learning environments where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
I have over two and a half years of experience working in a childcare center as both a Lead Teacher and a Teacher Assistant. In these roles, I supported children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development by creating engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment, and collaborating with families and staff to promote positive learning outcomes.
I am currently attending Rasmussen University, where I am pursuing my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
