In a 15+ year career as a business operations, people management, and office administration leader, I have led the end-to-end planning and execution of business strategies and organizational change initiatives that have delivered operational excellence, improved customer and employee satisfaction, and driven multimillion-dollar revenue growth in diverse industries.

I graduated from East Carolina University, NC with a Marketing/Merchandising Major
