Barchetta is a lively family owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of Boulder. Their specialty is pizza, but they also have a wide variety of appetizers and side dishes. Roles were split between front of house and back of house. I was hired for a FOH position but quickly discovered by love for working in the kitchen as well. I loved being able to work multiple roles often switched between the two roles in a single shift, offering support to whatever section needed it the most.

Ben and Jerry's, is a Boulder staple, located right in the middle of Pearl Street. Within a year, i was promoted to Shift Lead and also took up the role as their Social Media Manager. The Boulder franchise is one of the busiest Ben and Jerry's franchises in all the nation and often had a line out the door in the summer months
