I have worked in and out of the restaurant industry since I was 16, starting as a dining room server and event assistant for a senior living facility in my hometown. During college, I spent a few months working at a luxury resort in Kennebunkport, ME as a front desk concierge and a server in their dining room. After graduating, I began working for a national, boutique restaurant group located in Cincinnati, OH called Thunderdome. I started as a server, but was eventually moved into the role of Catering Coordinator where I took phone calls, answered emails, set up catering orders, and set up and worked the events. For the past year, I have been working as a remote Catering Sales Representative for SPB Hospitality focusing on outbound sales.
