Hi, I’m Leslieann. I love interacting with people and making them happy. I take pride in Customer Service because everyone deserves a chance to be helped with a great experience. I enjoy different foods and learning new things in life. I enjoy Serving others with a smile and a great attitude.
I’ve worked at BLK Swan for one year and a half. I would greet each guest at the table and provide them water to start. Explain to them a little about Blk Swan. I’ll then give them a chance to look over the menus while I prepare the bread for my guest.
I’ll then go over and answer any questions at that time. We used seat numbers, as well as table numbers. I‘ll then take my orders and check up on my tables. I’ll then keep an eye out to make sure my food is coming out im a reasonable manner and making sure everything is to my guest satisfaction.
