My name is Logan Holmes. I am currently a cashier at Family Market in Malvern, Arkansas. For the past four years, I have worked for this company and have experience in working at the register, cleaning, taking out the trash, and bagging groceries, among other things. However, it is time for me to move on.
Additionally, although I never graduated from college, I spent three years at Henderson State University, where I majored in computer science for three semesters and accounting for another three semesters. Also, I took high school classes in construction and criminal justice at Arkansas State University Three Rivers, where I earned an OSHA 10 card. When I took construction classes, I gained knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
I also used power tools and an excavator and got experience in heavy lifting.
When I was in high school, I was a member of JROTC, where I was the commander of A Company and reached the rank of Captain. Here, I learned about leadership and what it means to serve your community. In JROTC, I picked up trash on the highway and volunteered for the Salvation Army and a food pantry to help give back to people in need.
I also have experience with maintenance in the automotive field. I am the proud owner of a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500, and I have performed various services on my truck, including oil changes, tire changes and rotations, adding antifreeze, and installing various parts, such as blower motors, radios, backup cameras, fuel pumps, batteries, center consoles, windshield wipers, and step bars.
I took construction technology for 3 semesters and received an OSHA 10 card there. I also took criminal justice for 1 semester.
I majored in computer science and accounting.
