Lovella Maxey

I am a veteran with 4 years of service before being medically discharged. My career in the military was Human Resources and after my time in service I made the decision to continue my path in HR. My passion is being able to help those around me and though HR can be a thankless job at times, I understand and value the work that I do.

My combined 6 years of experience between being an Administrative Assistant and Human Resources has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to build a successful Human Resources career. I have received a technical degree in Office Management, and I am currently in school to receive my Associates of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources.

I am currently in school to obtain my Associates of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources. My graduation date is May 2024. I have taken classes such as Supervision, Employee Relations, Organizational Behavior, Business Law, HR Information Systems, HR Training & Development, Human Relations, and Benefits & Compensation. All of which have prepared me for a diverse workforce.
