Luke T

My name is Luke Torossian. I recently graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a bachelor's in business administration, and an emphasis in marketing.

As an undergraduate, I worked for UCR’s student recreation center as a marketing assistant. I developed skills in social media, event planning, and leadership, which I have found helpful in my professional and personal life.

As a fresh college graduate, I am eager to push myself to become a great marketer. I recently became the Sales and Marketing Director at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. Here, I have gained valuable insight into the world of sales and marketing.

In my 4 months, I have increased our visibility on social media and around the community by participating in internal and external events such as the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Senior’s Day at the Fresno Fair, or the different monthly mixers hosted at our community.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and participating in extracurricular activities such as going to the gym, golfing, playing soccer, and listening to music.

I'm a results-oriented and hardworking individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. I'm a quick learner and I'm always eager to take on new challenges. I consider myself very focused, I can follow a rigid timeline and complete work on time without compromising the quality.

I have demonstrated my leadership abilities during my time as a soccer coach at my former middle school. I had to work hard and hold myself to professional standards because I was dealing with a diverse group of people from parents to players, to staff members, but it taught me to create a schedule, communicate with those who depended on me about the job, and develop good communication skills. I have a wide range of experience in different fields and in each of these roles, I've been successful in developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve my team’s goals.
