In my current roles as a counselor at De Anza College and Regional Supervisor at LifeSTEPS, I have had the privilege of guiding and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to navigate their academic journey and personal development. My year-long tenure as a Resident Director at McPherson College further enriched my skill set. I successfully managed residential life by overseeing resident assistants, coordinating events, and fostering an inclusive and supportive living environment.
