Hi, I’m Maät Friedgood, a results-driven hospitality professional with extensive experience managing compliance, human resources, and people operations for multiple restaurant locations. After spending my entire life in New York, my family and I recently relocated to Boynton Beach, Florida, where I’m excited to embrace new opportunities and continue making an impact. Beyond my professional life, I'm a proud mom, wife, and a creative entrepreneur with an Etsy shop where I design and sell digital downloads. I am an experienced administrative and HR professional with over five years of leadership in hospitality, office management, marketing, and human resources. Most recently, I served as Chief Personnel Officer at 6r Hospitality Group in New York, where I led all HR and payroll functions for over 200 employees across five restaurants and a management company. I spearheaded recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance processes, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
I also managed vendor payments, regulatory compliance, and served as the primary liaison for the president and director of operations.
Prior to that, I worked as Marketing Director at Moonrise Hospitality, where I executed digital marketing strategies across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and event attendance. I also gained administrative and operational expertise as Office Administrator at Buggy TLC and Regional Office Manager at Beanstalk Childcare Academy, where I streamlined processes, improved workflow efficiency, and managed social media campaigns to boost engagement.
With proven expertise in process optimization, team management, and compliance oversight, I am now eager to apply my diverse skill set in a senior administrative or operational role where I can contribute to organizational success.
