Hi, I’m Maät Friedgood, a results-driven hospitality professional with extensive experience managing compliance, human resources, and people operations for multiple restaurant locations. I previously led human resources for 6r Hospitality Group, where I spearheaded HR operations, fostering a positive company culture and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency. In this role, I oversaw compliance, managed vendor and service payments, and ensured all permits and regulatory renewals were handled seamlessly, all while supporting the president of the group and the director of operations.

After spending my entire life in New York, my family and I recently relocated to Boynton Beach, Florida, where I’m excited to embrace new opportunities and continue making an impact. Beyond my professional life, I'm a proud mom, wife, and a creative entrepreneur with an Etsy shop where I design and sell digital downloads. I’m passionate about blending my business expertise with creativity, and I’m always eager to explore new ways to grow and connect.

I am an experienced administrative and HR professional with over five years of leadership in hospitality, office management, marketing, and human resources. Most recently, I served as Chief Personnel Officer at 6r Hospitality Group in New York, where I led all HR and payroll functions for over 200 employees across five restaurants and a management company. I spearheaded recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance processes, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

I also managed vendor payments, regulatory compliance, and served as the primary liaison for the president and director of operations.

Prior to that, I worked as Marketing Director at Moonrise Hospitality, where I executed digital marketing strategies across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and event attendance. I also gained administrative and operational expertise as Office Administrator at Buggy TLC and Regional Office Manager at Beanstalk Childcare Academy, where I streamlined processes, improved workflow efficiency, and managed social media campaigns to boost engagement.

With proven expertise in process optimization, team management, and compliance oversight, I am now eager to apply my diverse skill set in a senior administrative or operational role where I can contribute to organizational success.
